BIO

I started acting through community programs while in grade school. I discovered my passion, and my ability after being cast as the lead in "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow" with South Suburban Recreation District. I was very excited to be accepted at the Denver School of the Arts when I was in 7th grade.

I enjoyed my experiences, education and roles at DSA, especially as Gingy in "Shrek: The Musical," my One Act Roles as Ben Affleck in "Matt and Ben" and The Girl in "The Seven Year Itch", the assistant choreographer in "The Producers," my scenes in the annual Scene Nights, the annual Shakespeare Festival, and the State Thespian Festival.

Along with acting, I grew to love gymnastics. I was in recreational gymnastics since the age of 8. Moving to competitive gymnastics as a freshman with the East High School team. I competed with them for two years, and lettered in gymnastics with East. Coinciding with by gymnastic abilities I grew to love dance.

I also enjoy working with kids and work as a life guard with the local recreation district. I still try to babysit in my free time.

Musicals are a big part of my life. My family attends most of the musicals at the Denver Center of the Performing Arts. As a result, I have been singing numbers from musicals from a very young age. I have been taking voice lessons since I was 12 years old. My voice teacher is Bob Downard in Denver, Colorado.  I always perform at the Colorado Thespian Festival with musical numbers: solos and duets. I love singing.

I also discovered my love of working with those in need on a service trip to Ecuador with DSA, Me to We and EF Tours, working in the Upper Amazon on a water project. I also was the key spokeswoman for a Girl Scouts project wherein we petitioned  special districts to put in homemade bird houses and benches along a greenbelt that we cleaned up year after year.

I look forward to going into a career field that will allow me to have an impact on this world and her communities. Little things can have a big effect on some of these communities. I am named after Elizabeth Cady Stanton. It is my purpose in life to help others. I intend to pursue women studies in college, and then enter the Peace Corps upon graduation. I want to give back to the world. And do a little acting along the way.
